Important Information
- A minimum of 2 paying persons is required for all bookings with transfers (infant does not count as a paying person). If you are a solo traveler, please book the Down Under Tours Hartley's Tour with Transfers instead!
- Please note that the big croc feed show is only available for adults (16+ years). If you have children, check out the park entry + transfers-only package, as children must be supervised at all times. Non-participating adults & children may watch family/friends doing the Big Croc Feed (standard admission rates apply).
- The tickets are strictly non-transferable and proof of ID on re-entry is essential. Boat cruise passes for return visits are at the discretion of management, based on seat availability.
- Return coach transfers are available from major hotels in the Cairns city area, most hotels and caravan parks in Palm Cove, Trinity Beach pickups are from the Bus Stop Corner or Moore and Trinity Beach road. Pickup times will be advised upon booking.
- The owners reserve the right to vary the opening hours, amend or cancel wildlife presentations, animal encounters and boat cruises, alter visitor capacity and restrict the availability of retail products, including food and beverage without prior notice in response to government directives in relation to COVID-19, severe water conditions, safety reasons or other operational issues.

The owners of this private facility reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons at their absolute discretion, without reason. The Conditions of Entry can change without notice.
YOU ACCEPT FULL RISK in entering these premises you do so voluntarily and entirely at your own risk including any risk to minors or anybody under your control. You acknowledge that some animals in the premises are by their nature dangerous and capable of causing harm and even death to humans. Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures accepts no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury or loss of any kind howsoever caused to entrants to these premises. Notwithstanding the generality of this exclusion, you must observe the following rules:
- Children must be controlled and actively supervised at all times by a responsible adult, unaccompanied children will not be allowed in and must be with a paying adult.
- Do not climb fences or feed animals except under the supervision of staff.
- Do not throw objects at, poke or harass the animals.
- Smoking is prohibited on boardwalks, outdoor eating or drinking areas and inside buildings. Please refer to the park map for Designated Outdoor Smoking Areas.
Keep to designated pathways. - Sensible walking shoes are strongly recommended.
- We reserve the right to remove any person from these premises (premises includes the boats) who, in our opinion, is in breach of the above rules or is otherwise unacceptable to the proper operation of the premises.
- Commercial photography and filming are not permitted on these premises without our prior written consent.

Cancellations
All cancellations forfeit 25% of the recommended retail price (RRP) - not the discounted/sale price. No shows or client cancellations made within 14 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Food is not included in the price of your ticket, however there is a delicious range of vendors within the wildlife park for you to purchase food and drink from throughout the day.
Are transfers included?
Return Bus Transfers from Cairns are included in this ticket and are at your discretion to organise. Please contact Hartley's on 07 4055 3576 to arrange your transfer if not already done so.

How long is the boat cruise on Hartley's Lagoon?
Boat cruises on Hartley's Lagoon are around 20 minutes. Your boat time will be allocated upon your arrival at the park.
What time does the tour return?
You will depart the park roughly around 1:30pm to arrive in Cairns approximately at 2:00pm.
