Overview
The Port Douglas Wildlife Habitat is an open and interactive sanctuary where you can admire and mingle with native Australian wildlife. Wind your way through each native habitat, wandering along the unique boardwalks and pathways. Try and spot a Striped Possum in the Nocturnal Habitat, an Emu in the Savannah, a Southern Cassowary in the Rainforest, or a koala in the Wetlands. From hand-feeding tame and friendly wallabies to watching the crocodiles being fed, the sanctuary offers something for all!

The Wildlife Habitat has endeavoured to depict animals in their natural state.
Free-roaming animals and birds, elevated boardwalks and conditions simulated to represent the rainforest environment can be dangerous. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
You can enter the Wildlife Habitat at your own risk and on the CONDITION that you have NO RIGHT OF ACTION against the owner or operator of these premises, of their servants or agents, for any injury to you or damage to any property. It does not matter how the injury, loss or damage is caused, even if it is caused by NEGLIGENCE or BREACH OF CONTRACT of the owner or operator of these premises, or their servants or agents.
Filming and/or photography is not to be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from Wildlife Habitat management. Guests must keep to the paths.
We recommend hands are washed after contact with animals or fixtures.

No shows or client cancellations made within 14 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
