Can we bring kids on this tour?
Yes! Child prices apply to children aged 4-14 years. Children 0-3 years are free of charge. Please notify our reservations team if you are traveling with a child or infant aged 0-3 years so a seat can be reserved for them.
Is there somewhere to buy food at Hartley's?
Yes, meals are not included on this tour but you can buy lunch or a snack from the Lilypad Cafe at your own expense.
Is the boat cruise included?
Yes, the one hour boat cruise on Hartley's Lagoon is included in your park entry. Cruise times will be advised once you arrive!
How do we get to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures?
Accommodation pick-up is offered from all central hotels in Cairns or the Northern Beaches. You will be transported to and from the park via luxury coach bus!
Will the tour still operate if it's raining?
In most cases, this tour will go ahead in wet weather and not be affected unless there has been a period of heavy rainfall and the tour operators deem it unsafe for travel. It's best to pack a raincoat or umbrella if the forecast predicts rain. You are travelling to the rainforest after all!
Is this tour suitable for those in wheelchairs?
Yes it is! Down Under Tours has a dedicated coach that is wheelchair-friendly. Please advise at the time of booking to discuss your mobility requirements.
