Frequently Asked Questions
Will the tour still go ahead if it's raining?
In most cases yes it will! This is the wet tropics after all (especially during rainy season). Make sure to bring a rain jacket or umbrella.
Can I upgrade to Kuranda Scenic Railway Gold Class or Skyrail Diamond View?
Yes you can. Keep in mind that there is limited availability and it does book out in advance.
Are coach transfers included from my accommodation?
Return coach transfers are available from hotel/hostel accommodations within Cairns City. Transfers are not available from private accommodations or AirBnB properties. You would need to make your way to the nearest pick up location or meet at the Smithfield Skyrail Terminal.
What time does the tour depart and return?
Pick ups from Cairns City start from around 7:00am and drop off back in Cairns around 5:30-6:00pm.
Are special dietary requirements catered for?
Yes. If you have any special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or any food allergies, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make a note of it to the tour operator.
