Important Information
Open Water Courses
DAY 1: Failed Medicals will receive a full refund. Cancellation for any other reason incurs an AUD$180 cancellation fee. If a student drops out of the course for any reason a charge of $150 will apply to cover the PADI fees.
DAY 2 – AUD$250 cancellation fee. If a student drops out of the course for any reason a charge of $150 will apply to cover the PADI fees.
AFTER DAY 2 – No refund will be given.

CERTIFIED DIVERS - Please remember to bring your dive card. If booking a dive guide onboard, this is an additional $20
Bedding and bath towels are supplied on board. Excess baggage can be stored at Divers Den office at Draper Street upon check in.

Cancellations
Cancellation between 60 and 31 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Yes, transfers from Cairns city accommodations are included! There may be an extra charge for transfers from the Northern Beaches.
Is night diving available?
Yes! Night dives are available for certified divers only. You can even try a night dive with sharks or participate in a fluro dive if you have previous night diving experience.
Is food and drink included throughout the charter?
Yes! All food and drink is included, including all meals and tea, coffee, and chilled water all day.
Is the snorkel and dive gear provided?
Yes, snorkel and dive gear is provided including snorkel, mask, BCD, regulator, dive computer, full foot fins, 5mm short arm/leg wetsuit, and a torch for night dives.

Is there a minimum age?
Guests of any age are welcome to travel with us, however, please note we do not have amenities/accessories onboard that are suitable for infants.
Children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children must also remain supervised at all times if they are not undertaking a course.
