Where do I check in for this tour?
The check-in point for this tour is at the Mooz Gelato and Juice Bar - Marina Point, 5/2 Pier Point Rd, Cairns.
When you arrive at approximately 8.45am, look out for the Mandingalbay A-Frame sign in front of the cafe. This is where you'll meet your guide who will take you down to the river cruise vessel.
What should I wear on this tour?
It is recommended that you wear sturdy, covered, flat footwear, as well as sun protection (a hate and sunscreen) and insect repellent.
If your tour takes place between December and April (wet season), you may wish to bring a poncho, a light umbrella, or a light waterproof jacket. There may be wet rocks and surfaces, so close-toed shoes with grip are recommended.
Is this tour wheelchair friendly with disability access?
This tour vessel and coach do not have wheelchair access, but the Mandingalbay crew can accommodate for most people who have mobility challenges.
It is essential that any guest or their carer speaks to the tour operator prior to the day of travel so that they can ensure they can deliver the tour for them.
The Mayi Bugan Rainforest Trail is not wheelchair accessible, however Mandingalbay always have a guide on hand to provide an alternative cultural activity for those who can't join this part of the tour.

Yes! This tour is designed for people of all ages. Children who come along on the tour will get the chance to spot crocodiles along the river banks during the cruise across Trinity Inlet, and the walk is not strenuous or long.
Does this tour cater to special dietary requirements?
The food provided on this tour includes a fruit platter and a baked treat. There is no meat served on this tour.
