Child fares apply for ages 4-16. There is no charge for infants (age 0-3) but they must be pre-booked.
Please note there are no paved walkways. Prams must be carried or pushed in the sand.

Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 48 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
100% cancellation fee applies for Introductory Dives that are not due to operational decisions (i.e. weather disruptions). No refund will be provided for pre-booked Intro Dive experiences for failed medical clearance or changes of mind.
Group Cancellation Policy applies to bookings of 15 or more people. Group cancellations made within 30 days and more than 7 days’ notice incur a 20% cancellation fee. Group cancellations made within 7 days incur a 100% cancellation fee.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Where does the tour depart?

Are accommodation pick-ups included?
Yes, pick-ups are included from select Cairns CBD accommodations. These will begin at 9am, please let us know your pick-up location upon booking!
Can I self-drive to the boat ramp?
Yes! There is plenty of free parking, just make sure you are there to check in at 10:00 am for a 10:15 am departure.
Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included in the standard fare, but you can add a picnic lunch to your booking for $25. Select this option at checkout!
Are vegetarian or vegan picnic lunches available?
Yes, please notify us in advance if you require a vegan or vegetarian lunch box.
Can we bring children onboard?
Yes, this tour is suitable for all ages! Child fares apply for ages 4-16. There is no charge for infants (age 0-3) but they must be pre-booked. Please note there are no paved walkways on the islands, so prams must be carried or pushed in the sand.
Is this tour suitable for those with limited mobility?
As there are no paved walkways on the island, you will need to be able to walk up to 100 metres on sand and navigate stairs on board the vessel. Unfortunately this tour is not suitable for guests using wheelchairs.
