Where and when is check in?
Check in and meeting point is the Turtle Rock Cafe in Cape Tribulation at 11:45am.
Are transfers available?
Yes, courtesy transfers are available from accommodations in Cape Tribulation.
Can we bring cameras and phones onboard?
You are welcome to bring any devices to take photos on your tour. We recommend having a waterproof case or tupperware container to prevent anything from getting wet. Ocean Safari takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged during the day.
Is there a toilet onboard?
Yes, there is a toilet on board which can be used when the boat is stationary.
Are drinks available onboard Ocean Safari?
Water, soft drinks, beer, wine and cider can be purchased on board. You can also bring your own water or soft drinks, however there is a strict no BYO alcohol policy.
Is any food provided?
Chocolate bars are available for purchase. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks!
Are prescription masks offered?
If you need a prescription snorkelling mask, you can hire one for $20. Please organise this at check in before you board, as the prescription masks are not stored on the boat.
