Scuba diving: All divers must complete a Queensland Medical Questionnaire onboard. Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba card.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do the tours need to be consecutive days?
No, multi-day tours do not need to be consecutive. As we are operating different days for different tours, they may not be able to be consecutive either. Please contact our team to discuss your preferred dates!
Is transport included for these tours?
There is accommodation pick-up in Cairns for your trip to the Kuranda Skyrail. When you arrive back in Cairns via the Kuranda Scenic Railway, you must make your own way back to your hotel (easy to do via walking or Uber).
For the Evolutions Reef Cruise, you must make your own way to and from Cairns Marlin Marina. This is also easy to do on foot or via Uber, as it's located right near Downtown Cairns.
Are meals included?
Lunch and snacks are included on your Great Barrier Reef day tour on Evolutions.
For the Kuranda tour, lunch is at your own expense. There are lots of cafes where you can purchase food in Kuranda!
Can my dietary requirements be catered for?
Dietary requirements can be catered for on Evolutions Reef Cruise. Please advise reservations of your special dietary requirements at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to travel.
Lunch in Kuranda is at your own expense, so you will need to discuss that with the restaurant where you choose to eat.
How long does it take to get to the Outer Reef?
The journey takes about 90 minutes to reach the Outer Reef location from Cairns. Evolution is one of the fastest boat trips to the Outer Reef giving you 5 hours of snorkelling and scuba diving at 2 Outer Reef Sites.
What can we do in Kuranda?
