Lunch cruises run from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm (including a 30-minute check-in period and a 2.5-hour cruise). Times can be adjusted based on availability and menu options.
To confirm your reservation, a 20% deposit is required within 7 days of your booking being confirmed. We kindly request that the full payment be settled 30 days prior to the scheduled departure of your cruise.

Guests can receive a full refund of the deposit with 30 days or more notice before the departure date. No refunds are given within 30 days of departure.

Can we smoke onboard?
Spirit of Cairns is a non-smoking boat, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the vessel.
Are shoes required onboard?
Yes, footwear is a mandatory requirement. Guests will not be permitted to board unless they are wearing shoes or sandals. We recommend flat, rubber-soled shoes.
Can my dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes, please let us know at the time of booking if anyone in your charter group has any dietary requirements.
Is Spirit of Cairns wheelchair-accessible?
The Spirit of Cairns sailing catmaran is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. There are many stairs to navigate onto and around the vessel, along with narrow doorways, making this a concern for those in wheelchairs being able to move about the boat. The passenger in a wheelchair would require mobility to walk, especially in navigating the steep stairs to access the restroom.
Can we purchase drinks onboard?
Yes, there is a bar onboard serving cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks.

How long is the charter?
The charter lengths are 2-3 hours, depending on your choice of lunch menu (buffet is 3 hours minimum, canapes are 2 hours minimum). You can also add additional hours to your charter!
