Overview
Dive at a world-class dive site during an exclusive 3-day tour on board Rum Runner. The Coral Sea Holmes Reef Shark Diving Expedition will bring you to the remote reefs beyond the Great Barrier Reef where you will get to dive amongst sharks and other stunning marine life that is found on the diverse coral reefs.
It's a small group setting with all the action you could want, giving you the chance to dive up to 9 times on Holmes Reef and once on the Great Barrier Reef! You will also get to witness sharks in their natural environment as they feed for a truly thrilling experience. This trip is designed for adventurous divers where you can look forward to great visibility, vibrant marine life and the trip of a lifetime.

Sample Itinerary
You will board Rum Runner, your home for the next few days, and set sail for Holmes Reef beyond the edge of the Great Barrier Reef! Your first evening and night will be spent making your way to this remote location where you will get to do your first dives of the trip!
Wake up bright and early on your second day and start your diving adventure! You will get to do four or five dives during the day, visiting sites such as Amazing Caves, Nonki Bommie, Cathedral and Turtle's Graveyard where you can enjoy underwater caves, tall bommies, pinnacles, coral walls and the added bonus of a night dive!
On your third day, you will again get to do four dives, including a shark feed dive! Sites on day three include Twins, Abyss and Predator's Playground, where you will get to enjoy the shark feed. This is done in a safe environment where you will get to see sharks in their natural environment. You'll sail overnight to make your way closer to shore and enjoy more diving in the Great Barrier Reef.
During your final day, you will wake up early and do your last dive on the trip in the colourful and diverse reefs of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. You will arrive back to Cairns between 11 and 11:30 after a full 3 days of adventure and exploring.

Rum Runner price is inclusive of all taxes and fuel levies - no more to pay. Minimum of 8 divers required before departure can be confirmed. Reef Tax is not required in the Coral Sea.

Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 21 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
