Minimum and maximum numbers per booking may apply. Flight paths and timings may vary due to weather or air traffic control. Fuel & carbon surcharges may apply. Body and luggage weight must be advised prior to confirmation. Weight variance of greater than 10%, may incur 100% cancellation charge. One infant who has not reached their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardians lap. Cancellation must be advised at least 24 hours prior to the flight to receive a refund. Safety: The pilot makes the final decision regarding the continuation of any flight and may terminate the flight at any time if he/she deems it unsafe to fly. All schedules, activities and prices may be varied without notice. Listed fares are in Australian dollars include Goods and Services Tax. Block out days may apply. Subject to availability.

Open Date Vouchers / Gift Certificate:
Shipping Costs are in addition to the ticket price and will be added at check-out. Shipping costs are non-refundable and do not makeup part of the ticket value.
E-Vouchers incur no shipping fees.
You have 5 years to use the value of the voucher. Seasonal Price Rises will apply if travelling out the current seasons pricing. Vouchers can be exchanged for free up to the full value of the voucher excluding credit card fees and charges.
Cancellations
Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability.
Once a reservation has been made a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if cancelled within 72 hours prior to departure. All cancellations outside of 72hrs will forfeit up to 30% of the total ticket price. If the company has to cancel the trip (prior to departure) and we cannot offer a suitable alternative, then a refund will be given minus card fees. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance, especially during the wet season. Please be aware operators pass on credit card merchant fees so there is a non-refundable 2.5% surcharge for VISA and MASTERCARD card purchases.
