- This experience requires a minimum number of passengers to proceed.
- All flights are on a shared basis and are not on a private basis unless a chartered flight has been booked.
- Check in closes 30 minutes prior to departure, please arrive at least 45 minutes before your flight!
- Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability.
- All departures and itineraries are subject to weather. Tours may be changed or cancelled for any reason at the discretion of the Tour Operator.
- Weight Policy: Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage must be advised at time of booking.
- Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee.
- Maximum single-seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of the ticket price - this is payable to Nautilus Aviation on the day of travel.

Cancellations
Flight cancellations and or amendments require a minimum notification of 48 hours prior to departure. Cancellation notice of 48hours is required for a full refund claim and 24-48 hours, for a 50% refund claim.
Any flight amendments made inside 48 hours with incur a 50% penalty. No amendments accepted inside 24 hours prior to departure. No refund applies if booking is cancelled inside 24 hours.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
