- Drivers must hold a current Provisional Drivers Licence or above.
- Minimum age for passenger is 6 years or must be able to have feet on floor of the vehicle.

- Drivers must have their drivers licence or be on their L's. They also must be able to sit with their back against the seat, place their feet flat on the footrests, and have their hands on the handlebars or steering wheel.
- If on a UTV/SSV, passengers must be tall enough to sit with their back against the backrest, have their seatbelt fastened, and be able to hold the handhold with feet firmly planted.
- If on an ATV, passengers must be able to reach handholds and place their feet flat on the footrests while seated.
- It is important to note that regulations and requirements about your trip are set by the relevant country, state, province and/or Outfitter. Please make sure to confirm all requirements with the Outfitter before heading out on your adventure.

Cancellations
No shows or client cancellations made within 24 hours of departure forfeit 100% of the total ticket price. Cancellations made within 72 hours forfeit 50% of the total ticket price.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.

Do I need to have a driver's license?
It is mandatory that all buggy drivers hold a valid driver's licence. Those who cannot provide this will be required to experience the tour as a passenger.
Is safety equipment supplied?
Yes, helmets are supplied to all participants by the tour company.
Is food and drink provided
There will be a selection of on-trail refreshments throughout the tour to keep you energised and satisfied during the drive.
Are transfers to and from the track included?
Yes. Ride North offers courtesy coach transfers to and from the driving track.
A minimum 24 hours' notice is required for all pickup requests.
Please arrive at your pickup location at least 5 minutes prior to the allocated pick up time. If you miss your pickup, you must find your own way or risk forfeiting your ticket.
